Jan. 17, 2016 – Non-Violence: The Only Road to Freedom

At a well-attended 11 a.m. worship service on Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016, the The Anti-Racist and Justice Team of the UUCC Social Action Team honored the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and considered the calling of civil rights struggles in our time. The service focused on Dr. King’s philosophy of non-violence and explored how we can practice non-violence in our own lives.
